Participants are granted a personal licence for their own use and may not share, copy, or reproduce the materials for commercial purposes.

4.10 Navigate a Relationship Changed by Caring Private Coaching

Navigate a Relationship Changed by Caring is a short private coaching experience for an adult who is providing unpaid care and wishes to explore a relationship that has been affected by caring.

What Is Included

The coaching experience includes:

  • One 90-minute private coaching session.
  • The development of your own Relationship Compass during the initial coaching session.
  • One 45-minute private follow-up session.
  • Guided exploration and practical tools to help you navigate situations you find difficult within the relationship.

The coaching focuses on a relationship affected by caring. It is provided solely for you as the person providing care. The person you care for, or the other person in the relationship, does not attend the sessions.

Between-session email support is not included. Administrative emails about scheduling, payment or access are not considered coaching support.

Fee and Payment

The introductory fee for this coaching experience is £295.

Payment is required when booking unless a two-instalment arrangement has been agreed with Work Care and Thrive Ltd in writing before booking.

If you use a third-party payment option, such as Klarna or Clearpay, that provider’s terms and payment schedule will also apply.

Booking Within 14 Days

If you select a first-session appointment that takes place within 14 days of booking, you will be asked to confirm that you would like the coaching service to begin during that period.

Your statutory cancellation rights are explained in section 4.8.

Rescheduling and Non-Attendance

You may reschedule using the link provided in your booking confirmation or by contacting us.

If you cancel the initial session at least 48 hours before it is due to begin, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will normally offer one opportunity to reschedule, but a refund will not normally be provided. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recognise that caring circumstances can change unexpectedly. If an emergency or caring situation prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as you reasonably can. We will normally offer one opportunity to reschedule the affected session.

Repeated non-attendance, or failure to contact us about a missed appointment, may result in the session being treated as used. Any decision will take account of the circumstances and will not affect your statutory rights.

First-Session Guarantee

If you attend the initial 90-minute coaching session and do not feel that the experience has been valuable to you, you may request a full refund by emailing enquiries@workcareandthrive.com within seven days of the initial session.

The request must be made before attending the 45-minute follow-up session.

If the guarantee applies:

  • We will refund the full amount you have paid.
  • Any remaining instalment arranged directly with Work Care and Thrive Ltd will be cancelled.
  • The follow-up session will be cancelled.
  • The refund will be returned through the original payment method. Where a third-party payment provider has been used, the provider will manage any adjustment to its payment schedule.

The first-session guarantee applies after attending the initial session. It does not apply where the initial session was not attended, although the rescheduling provisions above may apply.

This guarantee provides rights in addition to your statutory rights.

Follow-Up Session

The 45-minute follow-up session provides an opportunity to return to your Relationship Compass, explore what you have noticed and refine the tools and approaches you wish to continue using.

The 45-minute follow-up session should normally take place between two and six weeks after the initial session and must be completed within six weeks unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

Nature and Boundaries of Coaching

This service provides reflective and practical coaching support. It is not therapy, counselling, mediation, medical advice, legal advice or crisis support.

Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions. If coaching is not appropriate for your needs, we may recommend that you seek support from a suitably qualified professional or service.

We cannot guarantee a particular change in the relationship or in the behaviour of another person. The coaching focuses on your understanding, choices, responses and available tools.
